By using Lithos Market you agree to the following terms. These cover the closed beta phase and will be expanded for general availability. They are maintained by the Lithos Market team.
Who can use Lithos Market
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your country of residence. Dealer accounts must represent a real person or business able to ship specimens internationally.
Listings
Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of every listing: species identification, locality, treatment disclosure, dimensions and pricing.
Lithos Market is a specimen-only marketplace. We do not allow synthetic or undisclosed-treated material, protected fossils sold in violation of export law, or any item misrepresented as natural.
Buyer protection
Buyers may dispute a transaction within 14 days of delivery if a specimen materially differs from its listing. See the Buyer Protection page for the full process.
Prohibited conduct
No off-platform circumvention of fees during transactions initiated on Lithos Market, no harassment of other users, no fake reviews, and no automated scraping of listings.
Service & liability
During closed beta the service is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the value of the affected transaction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to active users.
