Lithos is a verified network for the mineral trade. Members post what they are looking to source or what they have available, find suitable organisations, and request an introduction. Visibility is controlled so businesses can find new opportunities without exposing existing relationships.

Every member is a real, named person. There are no anonymous accounts.

Verified businesses

We check company records and business email domains, and ask for supporting documents, before an organisation is verified.

Trade roles are evidenced

An organisation must show evidence for each role it claims — mine, exporter, wholesaler, manufacturer, dealer or institution. Roles are approved one at a time.

Recorded, not rated

Deal rooms keep a record of what was agreed and what happened. Lithos does not publish scores or star ratings, and standing cannot be bought.

If something goes wrong

Either party can send us evidence and we keep it on record. Lithos does not hold funds, arbitrate or decide legal liability.

You can see an organisation's country, its role in the trade and what we have verified before you make contact.

Existing relationships stay private

Nobody sees who you buy from or sell to. Your details are shared only when you accept an introduction.

Each stage below describes something our team has actually confirmed. It never grants access to another organisation. Deal rooms keep a record of what was agreed between two businesses; an organisation's standing is based only on what Lithos has verified.

    Applied

    An application has been received and is being reviewed by our team. Nothing is published yet.

  2. 02

    Verified Business

    We have confirmed the named person and the organisation — company details and business email domain.

  3. 03

    Verified Role

    The organisation has evidenced a specific role in the trade, such as mine, exporter, wholesaler, manufacturer or dealer. Each role is approved separately.

  4. 04

    Verified Provenance

    Additional documentation has been supplied and checked for the material the organisation supplies.

Governance

A trust steward, not an arbitrator.

If two members disagree, either side can send us photographs, shipping records, messages or paperwork, and we keep it on record. Where conduct is clearly unacceptable, we can suspend or remove an organisation from the network.

Lithos does not hold funds, provide escrow, arbitrate, rule on legal liability or compensate either party. Contracts, payment and delivery remain between the two businesses.
